I sent 200-300 cold LinkedIn messages over the past 2-3 weeks.
The result? Zero calls booked.
Not one.
I could’ve hidden this. Waited until I had a success story to share. But that’s not what building in public means.
So here’s the raw update: abysmal response rates, no conversions, and I’m still going.
Why I’m not building yet:
My first SaaS taught me the hard way—spending months on "perfect code" that nobody wanted. This time, I’m not writing a single line until someone’s ready to pay.
The cold outreach is brutal. But it’s better than building another product that gets 0 customers.
